Lillea was diagnosed in her twenties with fibromyalgia. The only recommendation her doctor could give her was to exercise and get good, deep sleep, and she was prescribed a drug to help her sleep.
Not content with living with chronic pain and taking drugs for the rest of her life, Lillea began searching the Internet for answers. She found some answers, but was skeptical of their efficacy. What she needed in addition to questions and answers was an open mind. Having an open mind helped her experiment, and she successfully reversed her fibromyalgia–in two to three weeks–and found permanent freedom from pain.
In this interview, Lillea tells us about the dietary changes she made and continues to make to improve her health. And as a former vegetarian, she shares her thoughts on the harmful effects of a vegetarian/vegan diet and offers healthy, conscientious alternatives to inhumane factory farmed meat production.
